About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the 4th Floor of an apartment building with elevator.
There is a flat-screen TV with many digital channels and a radio with CD player, and of course free WiFi!
The house has its own indoor pool (12.5mx 6m) with sauna and relaxation room (the swimming pool and sauna area is closed in the off-season, from around the end of October to the end of November and one week after Easter to the beginning of June). The anteroom was completely redesigned in 2017: new changing area, 4 new shower cubicles etc. There is a large leisure room in the house with 2 table tennis tables, ski room and ski boot room (heated), bicycle storage, parking space in the underground garage (height: 1.95 m, track width of the parking rail: 1.84 m), for larger cars: outdoor parking spaces (cannot to be reserved in advance), top location: near Parsennbahn and Dorf train station, approx. 100m to the free bus in all directions, 5-8 minutes to the cross-country ski run, children's ski school and sledge slope, shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes, pets allowed.

The contrasts between city and country are nowhere more present in Switzerland than in Davos. In a few minutes you are from the center in another world. There, 700 kilometers of marked hiking, themed and panoramic trails run through animal-rich forests, unforgettable mountain landscapes and wild, romantic valleys. A stay in Davos is suitable for the leisurely stroller, the sporty and sociable hiker up to the ambitious alpinist.

The property was very easy to access from Davos Dorf station and was in a beautiful location. Easy access to Davos See and the surrounding mountains was fantastic. The shops were a very easy walk away as well. All the facilities were clean and functional. Overall, very stress free, the neighbours were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for me.

In the most beautiful neighborhood in Davos you literal feel part of the mountains, close to the lake and not far from the center,
Accommodated in a well maintained and equipped building,
Spacious lovely apartment with very comfortable beds with everything you need, the balcony is in perfect position facing the incredible view,
Our week in Davos will make us come back many more weeks.

Gleich beim Eintreten fühlten wir uns in der sehr gepflegten und geschmackvollen Wohnung wohl. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir am Ende eines Wandertages noch die Abendsonne genießen. Auch an Regentagen bot die Wohnung durch ihre gute Ausstattung genügend Raum und Möglichkeiten für einen schönen Urlaubstag.
