Good location, but prepare to sudden unpleasant surprises of not good caring property.

Good location

There was one glass and one plate broken. The water from washbasin didn’t go away. Cooking plate were functioning randomly. There was no kettle to boil the water. Most of that problems were solved only the next day. Moreover, there was no sea view and garden view as it shows on booking.com. Those are actual only for second floor of the building.

Maybe the sofa is a little bit uncomfortable, but if you wanna stay just for few days, it is good.

Una grande delusione!

La vista mare al di là della strada e la posizione.

L’annuncio recita: “Informazioni sulla struttura”: Bellissimi appartamenti tutti nuovi con vista spettacolare. Nelle foto si vedono varie terrazze, scrivo alla signora, chiedo terrazzino vista mare e parcheggio. Prenotiamo 2 notti pagamento anticipato. Per parcheggiare ci si infila in uno spazio stretto col rischio di rigare l’auto. Per l’ingresso si passa davanti ad altro APT e si invade il loro spazio privato (la “terrazza”). All’interno forte odore di muffa, apriamo le finestre, (senza zanzariere), dopo 10 minuti ci invadono zanzare e mosche, quindi hai due scelte o stai chiuso dentro e resti con l’odore di muffa, oppure ti becchi le zanzare. APT trasandato, muri scrostati, macchie d’umidità, finestra della camera che si apre a metà perché sbatte sul tetto dell’auto parcheggiata, cucina vecchia, utensili datati, in pratica, una casa in cui la manutenzione è nulla! Ergo…passi per il parcheggio, passi che per entrare si deve invadere il “terrazzo” di altre persone, passi che il terrazzo è un cortiletto sulla strada vista macchine (anche vista mare) ok, ci può stare, ma all’odore di muffa non si pone rimedio, dopo 15 minuti mi viene l’asma. Avviso la signora che ce ne andiamo e avviso il postale: foto ingannevoli, parcheggio adatto solo ad auto di piccole dimensioni, foto di terrazze che non esistono e fatte ad arte in modo che non si vedano mai le macchine e non si capisca che il famoso “terrazzino” è uno spazio esterno che dà sulla strada, interni che mostrano un APT nuovo e ben tenuto. La signora, per evitare la recensione (non l’avrei fatta) e per escludere il rimborso, comunica al portale che NON ci siamo presentati e cancella i messaggi su WA. Cara signora, avrebbe dovuto scusarsi e come previsto da una regola basilare per chi fa l’albergatore (e lei non lo é), se il cliente, una volta arrivato, non gradisce la sistemazione perché non conforme a quanto prenotato, può andarsene e deve essere risarcito. Mi spiace essere arrivati a questo ma lei mi ha costretto.

Schlüsselübergabe und Wohnlage waren sehr gut.

Küche ist in mangelhaftem Zustand. Pfannen funktionieren nur mit Zusatzplatten auf der gespaltenen Induktionskochplatte. Hierzu fehlte eine Anleitung, die auch nicht nach Rückfrage erfolgte.

Ein vollkommen vernachlässigtes Appartment. Es scheint nur darum zu gehen, viel Geld herauszuziehen.

Zwar liegt die Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Appartment, dennoch ist die Lage gut und mit schönem Blick.

Unterirdische Ausstattung! Ein Großteil des Kochgeschirrs war nicht nutzbar, im Nachbarappartment gab es noch nicht mal Tassen. Das Bett war wackelig, es ist einmal zusammengebrochen. Viele Einbauten sind defekt oder in schlechtem Zustand. Als wir kamen, roch das gesamte Appartment nach Schimmel, unter der Spüle war jede Menge Schimmel. Das Appartment ist permanent feucht, ausgiebiges Lüften ist schwierig, da es viele Mücken, aber keine Mückennetze vor Fenster oder Türen gibt. In der Küche gab es nur eine Schwache Glühbirne, die auf dem Oberschrank lag. Kochen war so unmöglich. Der Einbau einer stärkeren Birne dauerte 5 Tage, gegen den Schimmel wurde nichts getan.

La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima, così la pulizia. Piccolo appartamento ma con (quasi) tutto quello che serve.

I muri avrebbero bisogno di un'imbiancata, l host ci ha dato le indicazioni strettamente necessarie e poi ha smesso di rispondere ai nostri messaggi. Abbiamo richiuso la chiave dell appartamento nell apposito armadietto di sicurezza ma in macanza di una loro risposta non avevamo comunque la certezza di doverlo fare, non avevamo indicazioni su dove smaltire la spazzatura, avremmo gradito trovare almeno un tovagliolo, un pezzo di scottex, letteralmente QUALSIASI cosa all infuori della carta igienica in cucina ma nisba. Magari un po' più di attenzione al cliente sarebbe stata gradita ..

Perfekt läge nära strand och stad.

Spartansk men fin lägenhet på bottenplan. Tyst AC. Mörkläggningsgardiner. Närheten till staden Tellaro, som var supermysig. Perfekt läge då det var nära stränderna. Toppen med uteplats och havsutsikt när vi åt frukost.

Bilocale carino ottima la posizione, la vista mare è incantevole, l'appartamento ha un posto auto che non è poco visto la difficoltà di parcheggiare nella zona,

Impegnativo l'accesso alle spiagge visto il dislivello e molto piccole ma è la caratteristica del posto.

Poloha s výhledem na moře, možnost parkování auta přímo u domu, funkční klimatizace, dostatek toaletních potřeb, k dispozici pračka.

Apartmán v přízemí se vstupem přes terasu sousedního apartmánu, hned u silnice, kde je přes den čilý provoz aut. Nedostatek hrnků, misek, nádobí pro 4 osoby, celkově stístěnější prostor pro 4 osoby. Proleželá matrace rozkládací pohovky. Nedostatek zásuvek.
