Very central and convenient location — most places can easily be reached on foot. Easy to find the apartment and convenient key collection from a lockbox. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. A good option for a short stay if you mainly use the apartment as a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time there. Overall, we found it adequate for a one- or two-night stay, provided you don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment. There is definitely quite a bit that could be improved, but the central location is a major advantage.

Walls are extremely thin and we could hear virtually everything happening in the hallway and outside. The windows are not properly sealed. There was a gap around one of them large enough to fit a finger through. We stayed in September and the apartment was simply cold, especially in the mornings. There were noticeable clumps of dust coming out from underneath the sofa. The towels were stained and quite worn out, so we chose to use our own. I would strongly suggest replacing them. The kitchen equipment is very basic. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagged noticeably in the middle.

The apartment was ideal for a short stay close to the city centre and transport links, lots of bars and plenty of food options . The apartment was roomy maybe not for a family but extremely adequate for couples, key system to access apartment very easy to use,we didn't utilise everything the apartment had to offer due to a busy few days . Overall we had an enjoyable stay

We didn't dislike anything regarding the apartment, the only negative comment would have to be the noise from the street which is just a minor con, but you have to expect that wherever you stay in Manchester .
