Upgraded features include beautiful natural stone slate floors and granite countertops. The bathroom includes granite surround, jetted tub & separate showers. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a unique European breakfast nook for dining near the living room. European handmade Swiss hardwood chairs, large crown molding & European inspired fireplaces for a relaxing and memorable experience.
KITCHEN: The large kitchen is all equipped with ten settings, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the appliances you will need for your vacation.
LAUNDRY: Common area; use pay machines on 2nd and 3rd floors steps away from the central elevator.
FIREPLACE: Gas fireplace available for use November-April.
ACCESSIBILITY: Elevators available to each floor.

Guests have access to resort facilities, can enjoy keyless check-in, and have 24 hour access to customer service but do not utilize the hotel staff if needs arise. Property Manager will be the primary contact, front desk staff will not provide customer service.
We ask that guests review check in information sent prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check in experience. To provide optimal privacy to our guests housekeeping will not access your villa for daily room cleanings, linen changes, towel changes, etc. If a need should arise during your stay, please contact the Property Manager directly, not the front desk.

Everything (besides the couch color I suppose) was really tasteful and lended itself to a really complimenting aesthetic that my guests all enjoyed while I stayed here. Made for really fancy dinners and breakfasts, but there is no stovetop vent that I could find, so we had a hard time keeping our cooking from filling the entire third floor with a slight aroma. The beds were great, the furniture was well maintained and clean. Definitely a favorite stay across Utah, as far as hotel-style accommodations go!

Excellent place for a family reunion/ Christmas. We brought 14 people: mom and dad, 4 adult children plus 2 spouses and then 5 kids ages 9-17. The layout was perfect. Enough space for everyone. Bathrooms were big and beautiful! Kitchen was small only enough space for two people at a time but we made it work. Not enough silverware for 14 so we’d recommend bringing some paper goods too. We did dishwasher twice a day because it is also small but it worked for us. (Think RV sized appliances but a bigger fridge). The oven was tricky and we had to babysit it a lot to make sure food cooked but we got it done. Loved having laundry facilities just down the hall and super easy to use. Location was fabulous. We did byu one day, did tubing in heber, did the homestead crater one day, and we did the polar express. We also shopped in downtown midway one day. Easy drive to market in midway or over to Walmart on heber. Our biggest complaint was the pool was dirty and no clean towels when we arrived on Sunday night but they seemed to clean it up better during the weekdays. Overall we loved it and would stay again!

The location was beautiful and the amenities were what we wanted like a pool and hot tub, the mini golf and the gym; however, the place was very outdated and the furniture was old and the blinds were all broken and it just seemed a little rundown. It was comfortable and we had a great time and we loved being able to use the kitchen. The pool and the hot tub are in very poor condition, especially the hot tub outside. Having said that we had everything we needed and it was so fun to have a place big enough for our family together.
