We love the peach on the beach. We have stayed there four times. The view is stunning. I will say that the downstairs room was very disappointing this stay. There was mold on the pullout couch and because of this no one stayed in that room. That made us need to rely on blowup mattresses for our guest. Cobb Reality did send someone to clean it, but then the chemical smell was too intense for people to be shut up in the room. The dryer also did not work but Cobb Reality quickly came and replaced it. They were great!

Great stay. Easy access to the beach. Bonus room was great for teens. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of steps so be prepared moving stuff up and down but the height makes the views so much better.

House was nice and a good location, but there were some problems. The kitchen had a strong odor when we arrived, and we battled roaches in the kitchen. Lots of roaches! It appeared clean, but definitely needs an exterminator. We also had ants in the master bath.
We were a little surprised that we had to put sheets on the beds (that was a first), but at least we knew they were clean.
We did enjoy the decks. Very nice views and breeze!
