About this farm stay rental
Catalan farmhouse with more than 300m2 of living space, renovated upscale contemporary, in the countryside on a plot of approximately 9000m2 with large swimming pool, and close to downtown Perpignan and the beaches by car (about 15 minutes from Canet Plage).
Facing south, this farmhouse offers a large and bright living room, with fitted kitchen and scullery, dining room, lounge, all opening onto the garden and its terraces.
On the 1st floor, 2 large suites each with shower room, 1 shared dressing room and 1 separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor 1 complete suite with double bed, office space, dressing room, bathroom with bath and shower and wc, all with a very beautiful view over the countryside.
An independent games room with ping pong, baby football and other games will delight children and adults alike for a total disconnection of tablets, laptops and TVs.
Outdoor spaces with tables and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days, especially under the hundred-year-old plane trees for hot summer days, or at the plancha corner for a family lunch, or in the hammock for a little nap in nature.
An outbuilding close to the swimming pool equipped with a small lounge, shower room and wc and a relaxation area, will be perfect for use during days around the pool as a pool house.
Quiet area and not overlooked, surrounded by land and garden, very relaxing and without being isolated from amenities.
Possibility to park several vehicles inside the property under a shelter and in the entrance courtyard.
An electric gate allows to secure and close the property of the access road.

An awesome house with a huge garden and fantastic pool. The kitchen was very well appointed, en-suites for all rooms, big bedrooms. Multiple eating areas both inside and outside. Location is fantastic, 3 mins from the city but you wouldn’t know as it is a properly rural setting. Cecile was brilliant with many great recommendations. we would love to return.

Ravissant mas à l’écart de Perpignan, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Très beaux espaces extérieurs, une longue piscine qui permet aux adultes de nager et aux enfants de jouer. Semaine idyllique dans ce petit havre de paix. Centre de perpignan à 10 minutes en voiture mais le mas est vraiment au calme. Nous recommandons sans hesiter!
