New house for seasonal rental located in the heart of a quiet village and away from the summer bustle, close to amenities. This large 195m2 house from the 19th century can accommodate up to 14 people. Find all the charm of the typical vineyard houses of this village with all modern comfort.
Nestled at the foot of the maritime corbières 10 minutes from the beaches and ponds of Leucate and La Franqui, this typical village is halfway between Catalan Spain and its wild landscapes and the beautiful City of Carcassonne.
Ideal place for calm or sporting holidays, indeed the activities of veils and nautical do not miss in the corner, as well as hiking trails. The house has a large cellar where you can store bikes, board sports equipment etc ... as well as a laundry area.
On the first floor you will find a warm and sunny kitchen of 27m2 opening onto a 53m2 terrace in the shade of a flowered bignone. A corridor leads to a shower room, a toilet, and a large dining room.
On the second floor a cozy living room of 38 m2, two large bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom with toilet.
On the third floor, you will find a bedroom with 2 twin beds in 90X190, another with a 140x190 bed, a dormitory with 4 single beds ideal for children and a "magic" bedroom with 2 beds in 90x190.
It is the ideal home for family vacations or reunions with friends.

Une maison chaleureuse où tout jusqu'au monidre détail est pensé pour le confort des occupants.
Lits faits, linge de toilette en nombre. Il est tres agréable de trouver tout le nécessaire tablettes lave vaisselle, doses de café, produits ménager, papier toilette.... et cerise sur le gâteau grande gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes.
Je recommande vraiment cette maison
