Hi!
We are Cora & Jacques. We live in a little village near Amsterdam, The Netherlands. When it's time to enjoy some Spanish sunshine, we go to our holiday home in Xeresa, in the province of Valencia. Because we're not there all the time, we decided that we want to share our home!
When you arrive at our holiday home it’s time to relax and enjoy everything our place has to offer. And that is a lot! Our house has a spacious living area and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The terrace measures 50 m2 and has a spectacular view over sea, nature and the city of Gandia.

We loved our stay here, the apartment was very clean and modern. The open plan living and bifold doors give this place a beautiful feel. We stayed here for 2 week, 2 adults and 3 kids. The three pools are ideal for kids, the accommodation is about 10mins away from the beach and 10mins from a supermarket. The kitchen had all the equipment needed.We had some key issues (caused by ourselves) the host was very responsive and helpful with sorting this out! We would definitely stay here again.

Great early check-in agreed becore we arrived. Lovely clean apartment. Enjoyed the space and the outdoor area. Had a bice time visiting the pool and was akways able to get loungers for me and my family. Enjoyed visiting Gandia to dine out and to go to the beach. Had a range of shops not too far to get some food essentals in. Lovec our holiday.

The apartment is very spacious and covers two floors with a large balcony off of the living room, which we used on a daily basis The complex is very near a busy main road and can be intrusive even with the all the doors closed. The pool area is very well maintained with three pools to choose from and can be accessed via a lift across the road. It is the ideal place to relax, especially when the waterfall is flowing. The nearest beach is in Gandia, which is very large with white coloured sand. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with all the amenities you would want. We've stayed their for 3 weeks with our family and enjoyed the stay. The location is just outside of Xeresa with a view to Gandia and the ocean.
There is not much to do in Xeresa itself, however the beach is nearby and with places like Gandia, Denia and Valencia in the neighborhood there is enough to explore.
The contact with the owner has been fantastic, any little or question has quickly responded and solved. It just adds to the relaxing stay we had in the appartment.
