About this house rental
Our 150 m² house is in the countryside with a superb view of the 3 Vallons golf course, not overlooked, 1 km from the beautiful village of St Alban de Roche, 5 km from Bourgoin and close to the area Isle of Abeau industrial plant.
If you come to work in the region, this house is made for you and your team.
The house is 5 minutes from the A43 motorway, exit 7.
If you also want to visit Lyon, we are only 1/2 hour away by motorway (A43 exit 7) or by train, direct connection (Isle d'Abeau station 2 km from the house) which will take you leads to Perrache train station (center of Lyon) in 1/2 h.
We are 25 minutes from St Exupéry airport and also 10 minutes from "The Village Outlet" of Villefontaine.
We are also 40 minutes from the big OL (Olympique Lyonnais) football stadium which is in Décines.
Our house is very pleasant with its large 3,000 m² garden.
It is very comfortable with:

You can also, play pétanque, we have a very large game of boules.
Opportunities to go for walks starting from the house, on foot or by bike, many woods and paths nearby.
You can also have lunch (tables under the arbor) and relax in the garden (many deckchairs)
