Recently renovated, the Ninfea apartment stands out in its elegance and simplicity. Pastel colors and decorations scattered everywhere give freshness and joy. Excellent location to reach the main tourist attractions that the area offers.

- The apartment is located in a holiday home 1.5 km from the center of Negrar. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, the bedroom and a bathroom. It offers 5 beds: 3 in the bedroom and 2 places in the living room and (on request) we can add a cot or a baby bed. The kitchen is complete with appliances (fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machines) and everything needed for cooking. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, bathrobe, slippers, blankets, hairdryer, 40 "TV, WiFi and Ethernet connection, courtesy set, armored door, mosquito nets, intercom, safe, independent heating, air conditioning, and iron, clothesline, sewing set, vacuum cleaner, mini first aid kit and some books to read.
Washing machine, dryer and detergents are in the laundry room on the ground floor. At your disposal there is a car park in the courtyard and a barbecue area.

In the apartment you will find our "service card" with various useful information, emergency telephone numbers and taxis, restaurants and pizzerias with home delivery. I respect your privacy very much, but for any need or advice do not hesitate to contact me.

- Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by me or my son and in compliance with current laws we will ask you for identity documents for registration.
- We are not a hotel, so always communicate your arrival and departure times in advance.
- Only the final cleaning is included in the price of your stay, so we appreciate that the apartment is left in order. Thank you

In the surroundings there are 2 small food shops, bakery, newsagent, tobacconists, restaurants and trattorias within easy walking distance. At 1 km you will find the bus station, supermarket, banks and other warehouses of various kinds. The Sacro Cuore hospital is 1.5 km away

Surrounded by the most prestigious wine cellars of Valpolicella, you will have the opportunity to taste local dishes and wines such as Recioto and Amarone. Just 10 km away is Verona - "city of lovers". At 30 km, nature and mountain bike lovers can venture into the dirt paths of the Lessinia Regional Park, experience the safari of the Natura Viva Park or stroll among the wonderful blooms of the Sigurtà Garden Park. At 12 km you can reach the Terme Aquaderns and the Molina waterfalls. Lake Garda and its amusement parks Canevaworld and Gardaland are 25 km away.
