Great Penthouse of Luxury in Cancun (Dream Lagoon)

My overall impression was excellent. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Very clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo felt very safe and comfortable. The pool was amazing for our family including our 2 year old. It was close enough to drive many places and was close to a few good restaurants. Wal-Mart was only a 2 minute drive so we were able to easily get some necessities. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know.

This was def a beautiful penthouse . It has a beautiful top view of the lagoon and nice sized rooms. The renter was very friendly and available house had many supplies .. the lagoon has set hours but still got a chance to get in

Alejandro communicates well with the guests and is an attentive host. The property is spacious, and can easily accommodate 6 adults. 8 adults would be a bit of a stretch with 2.5 baths. The grounds on the condo complex are safe and reasonably well kept. The running course and the pool are a big plus. The gym was not available for guests. The unit itself was by no means luxurious. It needs considerable maintenance and enhancements. The apartment overall could use new paint. Kitchen sink was leaking. Both showers had intermittent hot and cold water running. The laundry room smells like there’s gas leaking. Cutlery, kitchenware, and glassware are limited in quantity and low in quality. Cancun traffic can be challenging. If you don’t mind driving 25-30+ minutes to the beach and are on a budget to fit a big family the place is well worth it, but do not expect luxury.
