Are you looking for a destination to enjoy sun, sea and beach , then Duna beach is the perfect holiday stay.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has modern furnishings and offers every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
- 1 large bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom(shower,toilet and sink)
- 1 large bedroom( 2 single beds)
- separate bathroom(bath,toilet and sink)
- spacious living room with access to the terrace. Presence of flat screen TV with satellite connection, DVD player, Bluetooth,...
There is also the possibility to use the sofa as a bed (5th and 6th person)
- open kitchen with all necessary appliance(fridge, freeze, oven, dishwasher,...)
- separate storage room with washing machine and ironing facilities
- terrace is equipped with a dining and sitting area
Included in the price:
-wireless internet
- airconditioning ( every room)
- towels
- bed linen
- electricity consumption: 25 kwh/day is included in the price. Extra consumption: 1kwh/ 0,20€
There is also the possibility to make your stay with a baby as pleasant as possible. A baby cot, chair, bath,... are available for 5€/night.
The apartment is located in a new private urbanization with immediate access to the beach of Las Dunas.
The urbanization also features an infinity pool and an outdoor gym. There is also an underground parking space that you can use.
Do you want to be close to all amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants, public transport,... .
The promenade is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Immeuble neuf, très bien situé par rapport à la plage, commerces de proximité peu éloignés, produits d’entretien fournis, linge de toilette de qualité en grande quantité, contacts avec la propriétaire très agréable
