This apartment includes two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a Roku HDTVs in each room for streaming matches. The layout is ideal for groups, families, or friends traveling together.
Guests have access to a swimming pool and fitness center, along with bi-weekly cleaning, fresh linens, utilities, and two free parking spaces. Strong A/C keeps the space comfortable during Atlanta's summer.

Pets
We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.
Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.
Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $75 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $75 per month.
During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification
All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.
The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.
Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”
BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

This apartment is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, close to attractions and restaurants. The rooms are clean and quiet, and fully equipped with amenities, making it suitable for families who want to cook their own meals and do laundry. Free parking is available. Access to the garage and the building's elevator requires a key card, making it very secure. The BCA team is a professional property management company, so the check-in, check-out, and all communication in between were very professional and thoughtful. In short, my family and I had a wonderful time here and felt as comfortable as if we were at home! Thank you very much!

We loved the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and within walking distance of great restaurants/bars.We will definitely try to book it again for future trips to Atlanta.

Review Comments This apartment is excellent conditon. Clean, new, spacious, good appliances, plenty of parking space and great location.
I stayed with my family and 2B/2b style was perfect and very convenient.
However, BCA doesn't really provide any service. We needed more towels and requested them but never got them. They said they will bring them but they didn't. I asked twice, gave up and had to do the laundry everyday. There was no laundry detergent even.
If I travel solo, I won't stay here. I only recommend if you travel as a group.
Weekends can get very noisy due to the party at the pool. And the pool is shallow (3ft) so you can't swim.
