Everything is top! Location, space. It actually look more spacious in real life than it is in photos. AC in everyroom, washing machine, dishwasher, everything for your perfect holidays.

-very spacous, no extra or unnecessary furniture
-fully equipped kitchen
-lots of closet space
-the check in and check out were so unpleasent, that I was left speachless! the owner demanded that we would be present not only during the check out, but when they inspected the appartment right in front of us! The owner frantically checked and double checked everything! every roller shade on each window, oppened all of the closets and cabinets, checked if the air con was working and if all of the tv remotes were in place. They even checked the kitchen drawers… did you think we would take your cutting boards with us??? We left a wet rag on a wodden kitchen counter, and it left a wet spot on it. They asked what did we do, was it burnt, what happened and what exact rag we used and so on…. I mean it was just some spilled water on the kitchen counter.During this check up they made sure to mention, that they had a trashed appartment once and now they do this EVERYTIME. News flash- insurance is just for these purposes and you do not have to treat every guest like a criminal who will trash your apartment! What a horrible experience after a no-discount month long stay in summer! and they had the audacity to ask if we would return!!! With such an attitude no wonder you attract such people who treat your appartment so poorly!
-we could not check in or check out without the owners present at the appartment. The person who handed over the keys during check in was was white cold and in a hurry… it seemed they were not very happy with us staying in their appartment for a month.
-we could not use the balcony or open the windows- huge spider colony was living on every window. Both the spiders were enourmous and there were a lot of them.
-3rd floor with no elevator(usual in Nida)
-dark stairwell with half of the lightbulbs out of order-had to use a flash light on my phone every day when going up with a 1 yr old child.
