The surrounding restaurants and convenience stores make the location an excellent place to stay. The home of the famous white water rafting and the starting point of many tourist destination like the waterfalls of Lanao in the west, the white beaches of Camiguin Island and diving sites in Medina in the east and the mountain hiking trail of Bukidnon in the south, Cagayan de Oro is also known for the warm and welcoming smiles of its people and their hospitable nature to its visitors. After all, we are not called the City of Golden Friendship for nothing.

The location is right in the middle of the city. Very accessible to Ayala Centrio and SM Downtown. The guards were very helpful and friendly. The hosts are great and readily answered our needs. The noise was too much though from the nearby karaoke bars. Other than that, it was all good.
