The location from the Hunter Valley and close to shops and coffee. The kitchen, dinning and lounge room well laid out and plenty of room. Great size fridge. Dinning room table sat us all comfortably.
The rooster next door was very loud, bed at the back left across from the bathroom could do with a matress topper as it was a hard. The hedges need trimming in the driveway to allow for easier access and something to lock the gates back.

The kitchen is fantastic. We cooked lots and were very happy with the facilities, the two fridges, the washing machine.
The front road is busy and noisy. The master bedroom upstairs suffers from the road noise which goes until 11pm and restarts at 5am. Better sound proofing is needed for that bedroom.
