Alles bestens, sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, in 12 min ist man zu Fuß am Strand.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und in der Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Gut, dass es einen Parkplatz gab. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, allerdings hat sie nur das Wohnzimmer gekühlt, im Schlafzimmer kam wenig kühle Luft an. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, allerdings spricht sie kaum Englisch. Check-in ab 14 Uhr wäre nicht möglich gewesen. Wir waren ohnehin schon später um 16 Uhr angereist. Die Wohnung war noch nicht fertig und wir konnten erst nach 17 Uhr rein.
Die Wohnung war hellhörig, die Nachbarn waren nachts laut. In der Nacht hörte man über die Küchenwand laute Stimmen. Steiler und längerer Weg nach unten zur Promenade/Strand. Abends ist dies machbar, tags bei 40 Grad (in dieser Woche) ohne Schatten nicht machbar. Die restliche Barzahlung finde ich nicht gut, hatte ich noch nie zuvor bei booking.com. Und Parken in und um Makarska ist sehr schwierig- wenn man einen Parkplatz gefunden hat, kostet es 4 Euro/Stunde (zu viel).

The view from the apartment was beautiful. The layout of the rooms was excellent. The double bed was excellent. The residents of the building were quiet, and a caretaker ensured cleanliness and security.
Contrary to the description, there was no coffee maker at the accommodation. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as several pieces of furniture and surfaces were dusty. No vacuum cleaner or mop was provided. There were only two small towels in the apartment, and one thick blanket was provided for three people. We ended up using our own towels and sheets as covers.
