The Old School

The house is charming, Sally-Anne was lovely to chat to over breakfast and even gave us a lift on our last day! The gardens and surrounding village are also gorgeous and very quiet.

It'd be helpful if the wifi password was printed in the rooms or common areas, rather than having to ask Sally-Anne. Also, the bathroom has a touch of black mould in the corners.

I very much liked Sally-Ann. She was so kind and chatty and told me lots of things about the area. The cups of tea and flap jack was most appreciated when I arrived.

Best stay I've had in a long time and I stay at a lot of hotels and b & b's ! Sally Ann the host is lovely , so kind and helpful and good fun to talk to Welcomed with a cup of tea, the room was warm, welcoming , bed gave me the best nights sleep in a long time and the house is set within peace and tranquility So give it a go, forget the expensive over priced hotels and go and stay at the Old School , somewhere real, somewhere to properly relax after a long days work Thank you Sally Ann See you again soon

The host, a nice and interesting lady. The house is beautiful and situated in a very calm area.

Small room and shared bathroom. A bit worn down but compensated by the lovely host.
