The room is Very clean and well kept. Service friendly and the owner made everything easy for us, even called a cab for the morning.

The room is on the ground floor and only the door has a window, the rest of the room doesn't. However the bathroom has a window.

This is out of the owners hands, but construction started in a unit above us at 7am … I’d avoid this unit for the next several months based on that alone

Very helpful landlord, she replied on WhatsApp whenever I needed anything. There was s little snack prepared for us, and the bed was very comfy. Awesome place for this price! We would stay here again.

The accomodation offers an airport pick up, but it doesn't say how much it costs. It's 30 EUR after midnight, which is twice as much as Uber. I recommend to take Uber instead.

Amazing apartament next to Da Vinci Int. Airport

The host is really helpful, welcoming and answers quickly. The entire apartment is cosy and comfortable, next to the beach and many eateries are around.

No working hot water, shower wasn’t fixed on wall properly, some drawers unclean and sheets smelled a bit.

The property is spacious and has everything one needs. Good location not far from the beach.

The only source of natural light is a small window in the entrance door, so it felt a bit dark. Some facilities are a bit shabby and don't function properly, such as the door in the shower cabin and the toilet seat.

The host prepared some treats for us, it was clean and cool while outside was very hot. The host was very responsive and willing to answer any questions very quickly.

The air conditioner had a weird strong smell that made the room smell like in a drugstore, it made us strong headache. Also, it says that they will provide you a shuttle to airport (that was the main reason I booked this place, to be closer to the airport), however, the host did not provide it. There is no shuttle to airport early in the morning (we had to be at the airport before 5am) so we couldn’t get there. The taxis are around 80€ so we ended up sleeping at the airport. If you want to stay there because of being closer to the FCO airport I do not recommend.

The location is excellent. It was a one-room apartment with a kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay for a couple. Thanks to the owner. I recommend booking this apartment.

The appartment was not far from the airport, I stayed there for the night to take my flight the day after, it was clean and I could take the keys even late in night from the lock, the host was available by WhatsApp messages and very reactive. Thanks for everything.

Great studio apartment to stay in Fiumicino

The apartment is well maintained and the host was very helpful in providing the details in advance for our stay. We had a very good stay and would recommend it to other guests.

Poor service, unhelpful staff, dirty beach, hard to get to the airport

The owners were not helpful at all, not trying at all to help us solve any of our problems. we couldn't count on them for anything. If you are considering staying in fiumicino to be closer to the airport, do not choose this accomodation as it is very hard to find taxi to the airport. The beach in fiumicino is very dirty.

The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Fiumicino. We only stayed for one night after visiting Rome, just to see the sea as well. The beach is just a short walk, restaurants and supermarkets are close as well. The kitchen is well equipped, and some sweets were also waiting for us as breakfast. I would really recommend the apartment if you want are looking for a place in Fiumicino

Nice little studio apartment. Very private which we loved. For a longer stay the kitchen is well equipped. Good location as it's central to everything ~ within walking distance of the beach & port, large supermarket & restaurants. The host was very nice & available if we needed anything.

En general todo, la anfitriona excelente! Nos ayudo en el transporte, muy atenta.

Le faltan algunos accesorios de cocina, como paños para secar y limpiar la cocina. Y aunque nos informaron previamente que los impuestos serian 5€ por persona por noche y no 2€ por persona por noche como lo decía el anuncio, me pereció excesivo el incremento del impuesto.
