Beds were comfy. Kitchen was good. It was clean. Good location.
Sofas were uncomfortable need replacing. Springs gone.

Interesting conversion of old farm building with ingenious use of a small space. Kitchen was very well equipped (though didn't find a colander) and property was very clean. A welcome basket with a bottle of wine and biscuits was generous.
After a long hot journey it would have been nice to find hand wash in the bathrooms. A bit of a tight squeeze to get in and out of kitchen seating.

The location was very good, great base for South Lakes. Property was as described and very good value.
Nothing major but the sofa cushions kept sliding off the base as shape has obviously changed over time.
