The rooms and the staff there are awesome!!

- Location was suitable, calm, and quiet
- Bed was comfortable and AC worked well
- Hot water was available all the time, great for a refreshing stay
- Cubbord was clean and well-maintained
- No mosquito issue, which was a big plus
- No lift, had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage (third floor)
- No chairs in the room, felt really inconvenient
- Value for money was not great, felt overpriced for what was offered
- Old room had a weird smell, not the best experience
- Only one towel provided for two people
- Toilet was a bit smelly, needed attention
- Cockroach issue, disturbed sleep
- No waste basket in the room initially, had to ask multiple times
- Front desk response was okay but didn't really follow through on issues
