La ubicación es muy buena y el dueño fue muy amable y servicial. La propiedad es increíble.
Hay varios detalles de mantenimiento que hacen que la propiedad se vea descuidada. Ninguno de estos puntos es crítico por sí solo, pero en conjunto restan valor a la estancia: Ropa de cama: Las sábanas están muy desgastadas y necesitan ser renovadas mas frecuentemente y ser neutras Mobiliario: Hay muebles guardando objetos acumulados que no tienen mucho sentido ni utilidad para el huésped. Cocina: El equipamiento de la cocina se encuentra en mal estado. Acabados: Las paredes están mal pintadas o tienen zonas revocadas que se quedaron sin pintar. Baño: La tapa del inodoro está vieja o rota. Es una pena, ya que la propiedad en sí tiene mucho potencial.

La ubicación sin dudas, cerca de toda la parte céntrica. Mucha policía por lo que es un lugar seguro al menos de día y media tarde. De noche nos manejamos con Uber y al auto lo dejamos sobre el boulevard. Bien amoblado el departamento, linda vista al parque. Buena atención de su dueño 👍🏻. Buena relación precio y calidad.
La cama no nos resultó cómoda, solo eso a gusto personal.

La vista desde el ventanal oriental.
La limpieza y el estado en general del mobiliario. No hay flexibilidad en ckeckin y check-out como lo indica en la descripción envían mensajes como : si no hace su check-in de 15 a 16 tendrá problemas con su alojamiento, no entendi. La descripción del.lugar dice check in de 1 a 11 pm
