Blue Love Point: Clifftop 5BR Oceanfront Villa in Eleuthera

Blue Love Point is a private five-bedroom oceanfront villa on a clifftop in Gregory Town, Eleuthera, rented to one group at a time. Two full levels, each with its own kitchen, baths, and sea-view veranda, sleep up to nine. Carved rock steps lead into calm Caribbean water with some of the island's best snorkeling off the point. Starlink Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, paddleboards, and a private community beach a five-minute walk away. Sunsets from the veranda are the reason people rebook.

THE SPACE
Wake up to turquoise water, sea breezes, and a wall of glass facing the Caribbean. I'm Anna, and Blue Love Point is my home on a clifftop in the quiet community of Oleander Gardens. I designed it with my partner Frank. Much of the glass art and many of the crafts here I made myself, and I chose every antique by hand. I rent to just one group at a time, so you never share the property.

Upstairs (sleeps 6): The great room has 20-foot ceilings and a wall of windows to the sea, opening onto a chef's kitchen with a large island. Dining seats six, with four more at the island and more on the veranda. The master has a king four-poster and an en-suite walk-in shower, with a French door to the veranda for your morning coffee. A second bedroom has twin beds with an ocean view (the twins convert to a king), and a third has a full bed. A second full bath serves the guest rooms. The veranda runs the width of the house and feels suspended above the water.

Downstairs (sleeps 3): Its own full kitchen and a living area with a fold-out futon, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom both with ocean views, and a full bath. A private veranda at garden level puts the sea at arm's reach.

Outside: Carved rock steps lead straight down the cliff into calm water with spectacular snorkeling right off the point. There's an outdoor shower and two paddleboards, and our private Caribbean beach in Oleander Gardens is a five-minute walk.

Flexible for groups: Book the whole estate for up to nine, or just the upstairs apartment when a smaller group needs less room. The two levels are fully independent, so families and groups get togetherness with privacy.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Oleander Gardens is a safe, friendly community of about 25 homes bordering the five-star Cove resort. A private community beach on the calm Caribbean side is a five-minute walk. Restaurants within a short drive include The Cove, Ocean Tally, The Rainbow Inn, The Glass Window Cafe, and Daddy Joe's Bar and Grill. Gregory Town's shops, groceries, and local dining are minutes away.

GETTING THERE
Fly into North Eleuthera Airport (ELH), about 20 to 25 minutes away, with direct flights from South Florida and Atlanta and quick connections through Nassau. Governor's Harbour Airport (GHB) is about 45 minutes south. A car is essential and an SUV is recommended for island roads. We can help arrange a rental with airport pickup.

GOOD TO KNOW
