Two bedrooms, plus office (or 3rd bedroom, queen), 2 full bathrooms. Outdoor heated Pool next to building overlooking the picturesque Harbor & Marina. Grand Harbor lifestyle at it’s best, Grand HarborTennis/Social/Beach Club membership included in the booking fees on your VRBO booking - Grand Harbor Club account and membership transfer fee ( $115/month) charged to your Grand Harbor club account. Grand Harbor is a gated, full time security and and exclusive community. Guests must abide by Grand Harbor and Harbor Village rules and regulations including completion of applications ($75 fee to Management Co.) and house rules including: no pets, no smokers. You can't beat the facilities of Grand Harbor. The beach club is fantastic with wonderful food and staff. The golf and racket sport areas are excellent. The condo is top floor with a lovely view of the marina. The condo itself was fine but unfortunately (no fault of the owner) we had some issues with the AC and water heater. These issues although annoying did not really spoil our stay. During our stay the neighboring condo was doing renovations and they started everyday at 07:00!Overall I would recommend the condo for the view and the facilities which are exceptional.

The apartment was perfect - Lovely and spacious enough. It even better than the photos. The kitchen was well provisioned. We would be happy to stay here again.
