It said it sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms and a couch that let out to a bed, but there was no bedding for the couch bed, so we couldn't use it, there was no fitted sheet or extra cover provided, so it really sleeps 4 instead of 6.

We had a great family getaway vacation to Destin. The unit and amenities were great. We utilized the pool and spa with direct access to the beach just a short walk away. Unit as pictured. Lot's of space for my family of 3.

Only thing was the floors were really dirty

Upon arrival the instructions were outdated and confusing. The gate guard required a reservation confirmation that wasn’t provided to us. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, nor did the guest room ceiling fan light, the rear left burner on the stove, the table lamp adjacent to the dining room, the stand-up lamp in the corner, or the master bedroom table lamps. The dryer didn’t work either. After this disaster VRBO did nothing to compensate for the discrepancies. I’ll never use the platform again.
