Proximity to the beach. Clean beach towels plus room cleaned each day.

Noise and chaos around the pool, due to a lack of enforcement of their pool rules as captured on the board they fixed to the wall. Some days it was so bad we had to go back to our room. This was the same for breakfast, sign said no taking food to your room who many ignored. Breakfast was also manic and noisy with uncontrollable children being left to run around whist food was being chosen. I can forgive also for some nations not understanding the benefits of a good queue, but crazy kids, with crazy owners is just awaiting for an accident to occur. Breakfast consisted of random food not necessary to our British taste, one day chips, salad, cheese, bread, and chocolate sponge. This was clearly a family orientated hotel, with also separate self contained suites that didn't necessarily align well for us, travelling as a couple.

Great location, shops and restaurants nearby comfortable room.

No porters before 8 also we had to carry our suitcases down 2 flights of stairs and at 80 years old that was not appreciated. The basic breakfast was Turkish and as nothing was labelled we did not know what anything was and there was nothing for English people so after 2 days we gave up and had breakfast elsewhere

The unit was large location was great. Close to beach and restaurants.

Location is great just 200m walk to the beach and boulevard.

Super dated furniture. It is really overdue for a renovation in the apartment. You can see it especially on the walls, kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped. Luckily we didnt need much other than the fridge. The beds were too soft but the pillow was nice and firm luckily. The baby cot didn't have a proper mattress so they folded up a duvet and put a cover over it which isnt ideal because my 10 month old baby actually fell into the sides one night and was stuck there. Some staff were friendly and some weren't. Its great that we had a washing machine but there was no drying rack. We asked for a drying rack 3 times on the same day and they still didnt bring us one so we had to hang our laundry on chairs. The elevator also was out of order one evening, luckily we were on the 2nd floor and it was fixed the morning we had to check out. The breakfast was really unimpressive, with not much variety. My mum stayed in the double room which was located behind the building and had stairs to go up. Really not ideal if you have are an elderly with a huge and heavy suitcase. Oh and also, there seemed to be no hot water in the evenings. When we showered, the water was only lukewarm and then got more cold throughout the shower!! Overall really an average experience and was tolerable, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for longer than 1-2 nights.
