Die FeWo ist super ausgestattet - uns fehlte nur Bügelbrett und -eisen 8Hochzeit), sonst war alles da. Parkplatz im Hof ist perfekt. je 2 Einzelbetten in getrennten Schlaafzimmern.
In der Wohnung gibt es 4 (relativ schmale) Einzelbetten. Die Fenster der beiden Schlafzimmer gehen auf eine doch recht befahrenee Strße. Die Matratzen sind, wie uns meist, zu weich.

Parkplatz, zentral an Supermarkt und Sparkasse, Volksbank und cooler Regionaler Automatenspot, Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Jeder Gast hatte einen eigenen Kleiderschrank.
Die Türen, alle waren schwer zu schließen.

The property was good for us, as it was only a 25-min drive from Düsseldorf. It was clean, and the owner responded whenever required. The only downside is there are no functional cafes around the location. The location was quiet, serene, and peaceful. We found a gas station within 1 Km from the location where we could get good breakfast before proceeding to the fair.
WiFi could have been better. A coffee maker is absolutely necessary in Europe. Kitchen towels would have been useful.

The bathroom and kitchen were adequate.
The beds were not comfortable; foam had been added on top of old spring mattresses. There were spiders and flies. Having trash cans at the entrance of the building keeps the flies around constantly.
