It needs a washer and dryer for guest that have kids and stay more than a night but other than that it was very cozy and comfy

Great location and very comfortable beds.
Very musty and unpleasant smell. Pictures were deceiving as it was much smaller than it looked. Bathroom sink barely drained and toilet could only be flushed 15 minutes apart or it would not flush. The upkeep was not good as the outside had lots of cobwebs and had not been cleaned and there were lots of cobwebs on the inside walls as well.
