Really good hotel at a really good price

The place is clean and very well equipped with basic necessities, room was really clean and the AC works really good, the beds are comfortable even the TV has good channels. The pool is a great place to hangout and relax after a day at the beach. There is a restaurant in front of this hotel that serves really good food and a really good price. Overall I would come back to this hotel

When I arrived they would not accept my credit cards for payment, only bank transfer or pesos. The room was too bright from the outside lights shining right into the room thru the thin curtain.

Misrable place to stay. I immediatelly scaped from that place. I just lost money, time and temper.

1. The pictures on the site are unreal. For example, there is no garden at all that shows in the room view. 2. The location shown on the site is unreal. The place is miles away from the main road and city in the middle of nowhere 3. The picture of the pool is unreal. There was only a semi-filled small pool that was stagnant and cloudy and dirty and think was using for bathing of strayed dogs who were stranding and making wild noises. 3. There was no information desk and representative. Their task was doing by someone who was a housekeeper, janitor, and superintendent at the same time with zero understanding English. 4. There is no sign of civilization around. No restaurant, shopping store, and entertainment because that place is located out of civilization. 5. No acceptable behavior and standard of hospitality. I checked out immediately after I saw that hell and requested a refund for the rest of the days that they are forgery refusing to refund. Lots of lots of reason that cannot list all of them. My advice to booking.com is to remove that place from listing. It makes your service unreliable and damages the reputation.

There was nothing I could like. I found the MANAGEMENT responded with kinda felt sorry in a non-sense template. I existed form that place just in 15 mintes and they are refusing to refund any of the payment of two days.

A clean hotel with good access to the main road without driving into Huatulco with it's traffic.

The hotel is near the main highway to the airport, which is why we chose it. It met our expectations and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Access to restaurants. The restaurant across the street closes at 6pm and another restaurant a block or so away was not open.

not reliable at all!

i made this reservation by mistake and I contacted the property in less than an hour to inform them that was a mistake, they didn’t care to reply at all, they just went ahead and charged me for the full amount with no words. this is not the way to make business with people and very disappointed how Mexican only care about the money

The pool and staff

no television signal, sky tv not working.Asked the staff a few times, eventually they said they’d talk with the owner, nothing happened. In the middle of nowhere, no where to buy food . Had to buy chips at their little office.

Pésimo servicio. Hay un empleado que se sale y deja todo cerrado. El estacionamiento está cerrado y depende del empleado de mostrador por lo que hay que esperar a que regrese de sus múltiples salidas.

Buen hotel cómodo para el precio. Ubicación está complicado para llegar el maps manda por otro lado. El no poder comunicarse con el hotel directamente solo con un call center no es eficaz. Ya que no saben darte información precisa . Alberca el primer día sucia

Que en la noche no hay personal y estaban haciendo escándalo unos huéspedes. Al parecer tomando y aventándose a la alberca sin repetar horarios .

Muy lejos para quienes van sin auto

El precio se me hizo justo para la comodidad de las camas y la limpieza del hotel

La ubicación esta imposible para quienes van sin auto, creo que es importante mencionar eso en la descripción del alojamiento pues es carisimo moverse solo en taxi. El wc de mi baño no tenia tapa y cuando le pedí al personal de limpieza que me ayudara me dijeron que no podían porque NINGUNA HABITACION TENIA TAPA EN EL WC soy mujer así que fue terriblemente incomodo ir al baño durante mi estancia . Por otra parte no hay opciones para comer a ninguna hora ni dentro ni fuera del hotel, esta bien que coloquen jabón y shampoo pero quizás es mejor priorizar tener agua potable al menos afuera en un area común si no van a poner botellitas. Tomen sus previsiones alimenticias y de hidratación!!

La verdad me molestó muchísimo que la llegada por maps esta mal, no sé si es problema del hotel o directamente de Google, en la entrada que está por la carretera debería de haber señalamientos para llegar por qué si fue un suplicio poder llegar, al grado que pensé en dejar de intentar
