Good location
Neighbour was not polite. The bed creaks. We could not turn on the induction cooker. The freezer door fell off.

It was good everything was comfortable everything was close to this hotel and even a place to eat was right beside it was brilliant
Our bed had one of the planks broken which make a squeaky noise which got annoying at times

We had a lovely time in Kaunas and the flat was a great base to go exploring - centrally located, warm, well-designed (even a bit too well-designed, as it made some later additions feel somewhat out of place), and had lovely tall ceilings.
The balcony, one of the reasons we booked the flat, looked on to a busy road and a parking lot, not the greenery pictured on the first photo of the booking (I understand now that the picture was of a different flat, but perhaps that could be made clearer in the selection process?). This last thing comes down to personal preference, but it would be really nice if a few more of the lights in the flat were warm - it was a bit dark with the single working light bulb in the enormous modern chandelier, but when we turned on the other lights, which were cold, it started to feel a bit clinical.

Apartment is in good location with good sound proofing.
Overall it would be nice, but room is quite dirty (i.e. mold on windows, wall in a bathroom).
