We really enjoyed the greenery through the balcony. The studio is also in a good location.
It is a little bit dark in the studio, need to switch on the lights during the day.

Good location
Neighbour was not polite. The bed creaks. We could not turn on the induction cooker. The freezer door fell off.

Apartment is in good location with good sound proofing.
Overall it would be nice, but room is quite dirty (i.e. mold on windows, wall in a bathroom).
