For an overnight stay were you needed a bed for the night in comfy surroundings it was fine

Position and it offered most things that were needed

Lack of mirror in the bedroom, broken bedside table. Need new and matching towels. If you were staying longer and were intending to eat in more pans etc needed. No Wi-Fi.

Good apartment for your Aachen visit

The first floor apartment is spacious and full of light. Two separate bedrooms with good mattresses. Kitchen facilities, good shower. Free parking available around the place in close vicinity. The host is very friendly and speaks English. I assume we got a free upgrade from the 2nd floor apartment to the 1st floor apartment, which was very pleasant.

Some shortcomings in kitchen equipment, some compromises, but overall great for the price.

No curtains on a hot summer day

The host is instantly responding to messages. This is quite helpful although we did not meet in person. We checked ourselves in and out without problem, using the safe-box at the entrance to retrieve and return keys.

The apartment is alone a major road that can be rather noisy at night. A little to our surprise, only the window of the bedroom has curtains; all the other windows don't. This is not only inconvenient, but also making this top-floor apartment very hot under the summer sun.

Dringend renovierungsbedürftig!

Man hatte den Eindruck, hier wurde eine begonnene Renovierung nicht vollendet, Jalousien fehlten, Dusche Ablauf sehr schlecht, Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber, in Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch eine alte verschimmelte Filtertüte mit Kaffesatz, Küche OG ohne heißes Wasser, Spinnweben an Decke und Wänden, Kleiderschrank Schlafzimmer unvollständig aufgebaut, lockere Rückwand, im Bodenbelag stellenweise fehlende Laminatbretter, Küche OG mit großem Loch in Wand und Decke (möglicherweise nach Einbau einer neuen Therme?), allgemein nicht sauber, Fenster nicht gereinigt... Fehlende Abschlussleiste an Dusch-Schiebetür ... Ich würde diese Wohnung(en) nicht weiterempfehlen! Übrigens war die Unterkunft vor Check in nicht zu erreichen, da die angegebenen Telefonnummern nicht mehr gültig sind!!!!!

Nie wieder

Also alles wir haben keine Bettwäsche gehabt und keine Handtücher wir mussten anrufen den Gastgeber und dann hat er uns vorbeigebracht und mussten wir natürlich selber überziehen. Die Kissen und die decken sind so engelhaft man denkt die hat er von Sperrmüll eingesammelt und so weiter………

COLCHONES LLENOS DE ORINES, SOFA CAMA QUE NO LO ES, WIFI QUE NO EXISTE, ETC.........

Se podía aparcar cerca, en la calle y sin pagar El patio compartido con el vecino de arriba

La puerta de entrada a la casa es de cristal, por lo que no tenías intimidad y entraba toda la luz. Poca seguridad. Foto En la cocina no existe el grifo de agua caliente, solo hay de agua fría. Foto. No funciona la campana extractora de la cocina, se lo dije al anfitrión y ni me contestó. La reforma del baño low cost. Bañera muy alta y sanitarios antiquísimos. La cortina del baño es un estor de ventana, pequeño lleno de moho. Foto El piso es una planta baja, a pie de una carretera muy transitada. Las ventanas no evitan el ruido. Si tienes sueño ligero, imposible dormir. La casa está llena de polvo. Las moscas salen x todos lados, especialmente en la cocina. Buscamos el por qué, y no lo encontramos. Mención aparte tiene la cama de matrimonio. Son dos camas pequeñas juntas, a priori maravilloso, pero las sabanas que ponen son tan finas y viejas que las quité para poner las mías y descubrimos que tanto los colchones como el topper que ha puesto para ocultarlos, están llenos de manchas de orines, vomitos, menstruación, etc. Foto El sofá que según el anuncio es un sofá cama, NO LO ES. Es un sofá cheslon normal. Íbamos 3 personas y pagamos por 3, y dormir 10 días en aquel pequeño sofá fue matador. Es un piso solo para 2 personas, no para más. La Wifi no existe. Dice que tiene pero es mentira. Ni siquiera tiene el router. Deberían obligarle a quitarlo del anuncio. Se tiró 10 días mintiendonos, diciendo que nos llevarían el router porque se le había estropeado justo un día antes de llegar nosotros y nunca llegó. Nos prometió devolvernos dinero por los daños causados y tampoco lo hizo . Fueron mentiras tras mentiras. Si veis los comentarios de otros clientes, lo de no tener wifi viene de hace tiempo ya y no lo ha solucionado. El mismo anfitrión, cuando ya nos fuimos me escribió y me dijo que sabía que le pondría una mala opinión, pero que SE IBA A LIMPIAR El CULO CON ELLA. Llevo muuuchos años viajando con Booking y confío mucho en ellos.

Im aktuellen Zustand nicht nochmal!

Die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung. Die wirklich netten Nachbarn (Dauermieter im gleichen Haus) und die damit verbundene Möglichkeit für unsere Tochter eine Spielgefährtin zu haben. Letztere hatte sogar noch zwei Zwergkaninchen im Hof, was wirklich super war.

Die völlig veralteten Fenster ohne erkennbare Dämmfunktion! Unser Schlafzimmer lag zur Hauptstraße, eine der meistbefahrenen Straßen (Tag und Nacht!), und die veralteten Fenster hatten kaum schallisolierende Wirkung. Das es in der Wohnung keinen WLAN-Router gab (obwohl ein WLAN-Zugangscode dekorativ herumlag), in der Küche nur kaltes Wasser vorhanden war, die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte (wahrscheinlich nicht am Wasser angeschlossen) und das Bad so eng war, das man nur in einer Position duschen konnte (stehend mit dem Rücken zur Wand) spielte schon fast eine untergeordnete Rolle. Die Fenster verhageln den Aufenthalt am nachhaltigsten, schließlich ist schlechter Schlaf durch den andauernden Straßenlärm ein sehr wirkungsvoller Erholungskiller!

Austattung in der Küche weitestgehend komplett

Es ist sehr laut, die Fenster sind uralt und null gedämmt, dafür liegt man dann im Bett direkt an einer Hauptstrasse. Das W-Lan ist nur wireless, ansonsten aber nutzlos bis überhaupt nicht erreichbar. Das Bad riecht unangenehm nach altem Gemäuer sobald man geduscht hat. In der Küche hängt ein alter(?) Boiler mit offenen Kabeln die einfach nur mit ein paar Lüsterklemmen die frei in der Luft hängen zusammengefríckelt wurden, was soll das? Die Abdeckung der Abzugshaube kommt einem entgegen sobald man sie anfasst. Und wegen dem Kaninchen im "Garten" alleine in seinem Käfig auf Betonplatten bin ich versucht den Tierschutz zu informieren!

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig, die Kissen rochen muffig. Backofen vom Vormieter noch schmutzig. Der Gastgeber wohnt nicht direkt am Apartment, will sich aber kümmern.

Wer ein günstiges Appartement sucht und nicht viel Komfort braucht ist das ok

Günstig, sehr geräumig,

Anschlusskabel Therme in der Küche sollte besser verlegt werden (Gefahr gerade für Kinder), die Dusche ist nicht für ältere Menschen geeignet ist sehr hoch, Nicht das gebuchte Appartement bekommen, echt schade.

Freundlich, Fair familientauglich- besser geht's nicht

Es ist phantastisch, wenn auch für kurze Aufenthalte eine familientaugliche Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Wir haben lange nach einer solchen Möglichkeit gesucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Obwohl wir mit drei Personen nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, war der Service genauso, wie wir es für einen dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt erwartet hätten. Der Gastgeber ist ein Vollprofi: kommunikativ, nett und entgegenkommend.

Es gibt an dieser Unterkunft absolut nichts zu bemängeln, alles bestens!

5Nächte mit Familie

Das Appartement war top Ausstattet, Es war einfach wie Zuhause. Für mich war sogar erstaunlich, dass sogar eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler dort ist, was ich nicht kenne. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit für Hilfe.

Eigentlich garnichts, nur gewöhnungsbedürftig für mich dass es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. (aber es ist auch ein kleiner Garten wo die Kinder super spielen können.
