It was clean and no noise
The elevator was too small making movement difficult for my mum who was in a wheelchair

Balcony and the kitchen
No Shampoo and no soaps are provided in the bathroom. The towels were torn out / worn out totally and can't be used at all. Hot water was not continuous in the bathrooms. The room was warm at night and there was no fan in the room. When there was no AC at least one fan is expected. Nairobi is not cold anymore and it requires fans in the household nowadays.
