The location, the view, comfortable beds the cabin itself and it was close to everything. The staff was very nice and friendly and we met staff that cleaned and did maintenance on the property; they were also very friendly. Our vacation was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Smokies.

It was a very peaceful stay

We love the log cabin Style the inside was absolutely beautiful we liked how we had a separate bed room and bathroom on each floor love the fact that we had our own kitchen all the way around just a wonderful place to stay would recommend to anybody if they asked

We had a couple of incidents at the inside pool where there was alcohol involved a lot of disruption to some of the guests

Very large cabin in perfect location!

Cabin and interior are starting to show signs of wear. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to details, wash windows and look for fingerprints on surfaces. Lots of crumbs and porch area had not been cleaned.

Great place to stay. The cabin was gorgeous!

All the tubs and showers had hair in them. Hot tub cover dirty and screen torn on window. Dirty socks under the couch. A vent cover missing in the bathroom. I had to clean before we let the baby crawl. Clean at home, so it was OK to clean cabin upon arrival

The lights in one bedroom & one bathroom didn't work, & was still charged full price for the stay.

The stay was basically fine, but we would not have rented it with out the hottub.

Breakfast was not offered, but we did have folgers coffee , sugar and powdered creamer provided. A Good size, Nice older cabin. Very comfortable beds and bedding. It was nice being located directly across the street from the indoor pool, game room & exercise room. The location was right off the strip, which was great. The portable heaters provided was very nice. The Dove hair products and bar soap was a nice surprise.

We rented this cabin primarily for the private hot tub. The water pipes over the roof, covering the grill patio were leaking. The under roof of the patio under the pipes had been remove to reveal the pipes. This might reveal prior knowledge of the leaky pipes.The hot tub was a foot low on water and was centimeters from not getting into the skimmer. Which would have cause a burtout motor. The water was also, murky, green & cloudy and smelled awful. It took 2 days to get maintence to fix part of it. They fixed the leaking drainage pipes, added water by the previously tore open screen in that room, they said they shocked it, but it was still green and murky. Due to this we were not able to use the hot tub AT All!! I needed it because my back is fused from L2-L5! The manager contacted the owner for a partial refund. He said the owner accepted a refund of $100, that we NEVER have recieved! We have been home 4 days now and are still waiting for our refund! The upstairs Bathroom sink was cloggedand drained slow. The bedroom on the main level tv only aired the weather station, even though it was supposed to have cable. The main floor bathtub did not have a screen over the drain, therefore one of the small Dove bars of soap went down the drain and partially plugged it. Maintenance did not fix the upstairs sink or the drain in the main floor bathtub. There was a note on the dryer saying to empty the lint holder, but no instructions as to where it was located! If you were shorter than 6ft you couldn't even get it out to empty. The manager reported that the hot tub, sink & bathtub were repaired, but they weren't. It took 2 whole days to get a Manager to return our calls! That is not good customer assistance.

I would not have rented had I know it was a duplex and not the "whole house" it was advertised to be

Location and wifi was good

Cable was horrible, outdated remotes, fireplace didn't work, rugs were a trip hazard , refrig light was out and the balcony upstairs has loose post and dry rotted wood in places. The spiral staircase is cute but not safe, my dog fell, then my son-in law also fell.

the bed is not clean, there’s other people‘s hair under the pillows and that is disgusting. the sofa bed is nasty and dirty. and there are many hairs from other people on the wall of the bathroom. and the smell of the room is weird.
