Atenção e informações recebidas no check-in; visita ao castelo de Brolio, acomodação confortável e a simpatia das funcionárias da cafeteria.
Achei indelicado e preconceituoso o fato de ter de ouvir que o horário de encerramento da visita ao castelo, bem como o horário de check out seguia a pontualidade italiana e não a subentendida displicência brasileira. O café da manhã não é preparado exatamente para quem está hospedado. As pessoas podem pedir algumas coisas que estão na estufa da cafeteria do hotel. Sendo assim, há um desconto em comer com tranquilidade e liberdade.

Hospedagem anexa ao vinhedo e ao Castelo , excelente quarto e banheiro. Tem uma vista linda dos vinhedos. Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Quarto triplo amplo.
O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, ele é servido na lanchonete que fica na beira da estrada, e tem apenas café + 1 croassant + 1 suco. Para o padrão do hotel achei bem fraco.
