About this house rental

In the heart of nature, you will enjoy an exceptional setting in this small, entirely revisited water mill which has kept its charm of stone while combining the modernity of the wooden frame and large openings.

Ideally placed for exploring the region, the proximity of the reindeer / St Brieuc / Guingamp axis (5 minutes) gives you access to the most beautiful sites in the Cotes d'Armor while being close to the small town of Lamballe.
But above all you can enjoy the hanging terraces over more than 100m², with outdoor lounge, high tables and lounge chairs.

Inside, a beautiful living room with billiards, pinball machine, table football, and the 3-meter basic cinema screen accompanied by a dolby atmos set will allow you to end your days in a friendly atmosphere and the barbecue can last forever 'at the end of the night, the first neighbors being almost 500 meters away!

You will have four bedrooms, 3 with 160 cm bed, one with 2 80 cm beds that can be put side by side, (Epeda and simons bedding)

The central island kitchen with a view of one of the terraces almost becomes an outdoor kitchen thanks to the bay windows.

You can walk in the poplar plantation which surrounds the mill and follow the small river in search of freshness or a corner to take a nap.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in absoluter Abgeschiedenheit und ist sauber sowie top modern ausgestattet. Supermärkte finden sich im nahegelegenen Lamballe, das Meer ist etwas weiter entfernt. Eine klare Empfehlung für diejenigen, die ihren Urlaub abseits vom Trubel verbringen wollen. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern! Wir durften 3 Hunde mitbringen.

La maison et l'environnement sont magnifiques, tous les espaces de vie sont très lumineux et il y a toujours un coin bien orienté sur la terrasse pour profiter du calme environnant. La maison est vraiment très propre, et très agréable à vivre, rien ne manque, et est bien située pour rayonner dans la région. Encore merci pour ce super séjour!

Nous avons passé un séjour très très agréable dans un lieu exceptionnel. Nos hôtes nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Ce sont de vraies belles personnes !! Le moulin à été rénové de manière remarquable encore bravo à eux 2. Tout est spacieux avec vue sur la nature, les équipements sont de qualité et la literie hyper confortable. Nous étions un couple avec nos 2 grands enfants sans oublier notre Golden Retriever. Tout est fait pour que l'on passe un séjour en toute tranquillité au calme sans voisin sans circulation sans bruit. Nous avons vraiment apprécié être entouré par la nature, les oiseaux (mésanges pinsons etc...) écureuils, lièvres nous avons même eu la visite d'un renard ! Le jacuzzi avec vue sur la peupleraie que dder de plus. Parties de flipper ou de billards en fin de soirée . Chacun peut y trouver son bonheur. Ravitaillement à 10 mns en voiture dans un village charmant et toutes les nombreuses balades à faire aux alentours. Merci à Stéphane et Lisette d'avoir su embellir et mettre en valeur cet endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison très bien entretenue dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité pendant cette période complexe qu'est l'après-confinement. Excellent accueil des hôtes qui prennent le temps de nous expliquer les super aménagements de la maison. Environnement calme. Le bruit du vent dans les peupliers est génial ! En voiture, 20-25 minutes des plages (Lermot), 10 minutes pour les courses au supermarché, 5 minutes pour la boulangerie.

Un coin très calme, un ancien moulin rénové récemment près d'une peupleraie, un havre de tranquillité. Les vieux murs ont été dotés d'extension modernes en bois, d'une terrasse courant le long de la maison. Cuisine dernier cri, équipement "son et lumière" au top, billard, mini foot et flipper, bref rien ne manque, autant pour les adultes que pour les ados! Situé en campagne, villages et coins sympas à proximité, et plages et autres sites d'intérêt jamais loin. Propriétaires accueillants, sympas et disponibles! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! A recommander!

Nous étions une famille de 7 adultes et une chienne et nous sommes hyper satisfait de la maison. Beaucoup d’espace avec un aménagement extérieur sympathique. La maison est grande et rénovée avec goût. L’aménagement est bien pensé. Beaucoup de high-tech avec un fonctionnement très bien expliqué par le propriétaire. Deux salles de bain spacieuses et des literies de très bonne qualité.
