A state of the art luxury holiday villa with high standards and great host Marios Yioukkas the owner gives personal touch with hus clients and ready to help 24 hours if needed .
It is a brand new villa with 2 bedrooms accommodating up to six guests.
The ground floor luxury VillaYioukkas was completed in 2019. Built on a total area of 1200 sqm with stone and wood, decorated with old and new furniture and exhibits and generally with materials of traditional Cypriot architecture. For example, in the villa there are traditional sickles, sieves, baskets, antique lamps, troughs, handicrafts from Fiti and Lefkara, clay and copper vessels, old sewing machines and other items, all lit up for a special ambiance. The villa is located in a quiet and green area on the outskirts of Geroskipou, between rural and residential areas, in the province of Paphos.
With 120 sqm covered areas and a large 60 sqm swimming pool, large outdoor areas, terraces, gardens, plastic lawn and pool shower is ready to offer its tenants all of the comfort they need. The fence and the back of the swimming pool are enriched with wild stones and rocks from the mountain and the sea. There is an excellent road connection and within 150 meters there is a bus stop connecting the area with the city of Paphos and the wider tourist area.
Owner Marios Yioukkas, maintains a 5000 sqm garden just outside the villa, with dozens of fruit and vegetable species available to tenants of the villa for harvest at the time.
Please note that the 3 air-conditioning units (6 + 6 + 8 Euro) can be used upon a daily charge of EUR 20. This amount is paid in cash upon arrival.

The property was absolutely beautiful. So clean and comfortable for 5 of us. My cousin and her family rented the Villa on the same property and we loved being able to sit outside together at night.
