It is found 550m from the closest public or organized beach, cafes, taverns and shopping places. From balcony and terrace pavilion we enjoy, with clear weather the Aegean sea view of south Evia, Cycladic islands of Andros, Tinos, and Siros. We are family friendly and pet friendly.

Elavated ground floor:
2 bedrooms with air conditioning, living room-dining room with air conditioning, kitchen, 1 bathroom, veranda with couch and coffee table, surrounding balcony, terrace pavilion facing the sea view. Access is directly to garden, pool and BBQ.
Main bedroom with queen size double bed and built in closet. Second bedroom with two single beds and dresser. Living room with dinning table and fireplace. Air conditioning, TV, Stereo. One bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with lunch table, 24feet refrigerator, dish washer, electric cooker with stove and hotplates, microwave oven and all needed accessories etc.

Lower level:
Walk out to the yard and pool, 2 rooms, 1 water closet with shower, garden pavilion with dining table and arm chairs.
One bedroom with a full double bed and closet and a common room with 1+1 single beds (or doubble guset bed). Fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, mini cooker, refrigerator. Washing machine, TV, mini stereo, air conditioning.

In all: 4 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 living room, 1 fireplace, air conditioning, BBQ, 2 pavilions, (terrace and garden), family liner swimming pool 3.5x7m, sunbeds, indoor and outdoor dinning tables, washing machine, dishwasher. Portable baby cot can be used in any of the bedrooms.

The area is a quiet Attica country seaside suburb with easy access to Athens centre. For every day needs there is a market shop at 200m. At 550m you can find organized beach, cafes, taverns, other shopping places, pharmacy, veterinarian and others. In walking distance of some 1km lays the wetland of Vravrona a protected birdlife refuge, with marked pathways accessible to visitors for recreation and bird watching. Just next is found the renowned ancient Temple of Vravronia Artemis, goddess of wild life and Vravrona museum. Around this unique environment there are vineyards and olive trees all over. In the area there are more beaches to swim and places to enjoy sea food or any of the local delicacies.

For Athens sightseeing we advise to use Airport's short term parking at 20min drive and use the Metro to anywhere in Athens. Otherwise at 250m is the public bus stop for line "304 Nomismatokopio-Vravrona" that gets you to Metro at 45min. In Vravrona area there is Attica Zoological Park next to Smart Park to shop for food or play, all at 20 min drive. In 30 to 45min drive you can visit Poseidon’s Temple at Cape Sounio, historic place of Marathon and museum, Ramnous ancient castle town and nearby Schinias National Park, as well as Eleusina museum or ancient Korinthos. From Lavrio and Rafina ports, both found at 30 to 40min away, you can have day visits to islands of Kea, Kythnos or Andros within 1 or 2 hours by boat. Mycenae Epidavros Olympia Delfi are at 2 or 3hours drive.
