Clean, comfortable furnished apartment. Host is a nice gentleman and very friendly. Much recommend for small family stays.

Towels were not new.

Both the bathroom locks are not working, creating a lot of discomfort for the boarders. The owner should have repaired those immediately. There should be some big bowls and a rice cooker for cooking.

As a family of 7 (5 kids) we spent there 6 nights. This place had the best price/performance ratio from our 3 months trip around SriLanka. Located on first floor is was perfectly clean, prepared for our arrival, no bugs, very little mosquitos, quiet in the night. The flat was even equiped with two antimosquito devices which worked flawlessly. There is no AC, but we didnt missed it as the flat is oriented on the north side. Each room had working fans, ok beds, even tables for work. There are 2 bathrooms, one with hot water. Kitchen was very well equiped (enough utensils, two burner gas stove, non stick pan, electric cattle ...). Good couch in the living room. There is WiFi through GSM network which is paid, so you will better with your own SIMS with data. Helpfull host with excelent english, easy to communicate via phone or WhatsApp. Any small issues solved immediatelly. There is good parking and ok playgrounds for kids outside. Would I return? For sure anyday. Strongly recomended for families.

Just small things. The beds are, as often in SriLanka only 180cm long, so a bit short for me. The fridge is the only real issue. There is one, but it is very small. Especially when you are there as a bigger group.

Exceptional value for the money. This is a three BHK apartment guarded by 24x7 security inside a large apartment complex comprising of multiple blocks. The owner/manager was help very helpful & prompt in his service. House is ideal for long stay & for 7 ppl. Comes with a well equipped kicthen and there are grocery shops just outside the apartment. There are 3 rooms & 2 bathrooms as well as a living hall. For the amount we paid, it was a steal.

Location is slightly interior, about 2 km from main road.
