Blue Ridge Rose is a three level home in Wintergreen Resort overlooking the sixth green and fairway of the Devils Knob’s Golf Course and the Old Appalachian Trail. This well appointed home sits on a quiet corner that allows plenty of privacy. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable and welcoming space for our guest to unwind.
Blue Ridge Rose is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a large deck with seating for the whole family. There are 3 bedrooms and one full bath on the top floor, one extra-large bedroom with en suite bathroom on the main living floor, and a 5th bedroom on the ground floor furnished with 2 traditional bunk beds and a twin over queen bunk bed. Each bedroom has a wireless charging station with USB connections, night light, alarm and integrated sound machine. The ground floor also features a separate living area, full bathroom, laundry room and arcade games/Xbox for the kids. The garage offers a 240V NEMA 14-50A EV charging outlet (with Tesla adapter), an additional full-size refrigerator and bike/snowboard/ski storage for your stay. The deck includes a brand new 6 person hot-tub, patio furniture and a gas grill for outdoor gatherings.
Blue Ridge Rose is conveniently located within walking distance of the Shamokin Springs Nature Preserve hiking trail. It is a convenient base of operations to experience the activities offered by Wintergreen Mountain Resort. The mountains offer beautiful overlooks of the Rockfish and Shenandoah Valleys including beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are 30 miles of year-round hiking trails within Wintergreen Resort. Skiing, snowboarding, and tubing sports highlight the winter season. Spring, summer and fall seasons offer golfing, tennis, swimming, fishing, and mountain biking. During summer, you can pack a picnic and visit the sandy beach of Lake Monacan to enjoy sunning, swimming, canoeing and paddle boarding. You can even tube down the mountainside in the summer months at Wintergreen Resort’s Discovery Ridge!

We loved staying at this home. The house is very spacious and it’s nice to have to TV/lounging areas so the kids have their own space. We went skiing one day and then just enjoyed a walk down the golf course path the second day. It’s a great spot!

We loved staying at this wonderful property for a second year with family and friends for our annual ski trip. The house has it all and the kids and adults loved the hot tub. There is tons of space for everyone and the host is very responsive and helpful.

This house beat expectations. Beautiful property right on the golf course. Plenty of room for our two large families with kids. Had every amenity we could think of. Hot tub was a big hit with the kids. Andy was very quick with responses to our questions. It was a great house and a fantastic trip. Will definitely be back.
