Pearl of the Gulf is a spacious home located in Seagrove just steps off of 30A and from the soft sandy beaches and emerald water. Boasting an open concept with modern features, with all of the comforts of home throughout. This home is nestled in a small, Cul de sac street that is quiet and safe, just a bike ride away from Seaside. Newly remodeled in 2020, this home feels brand new and luxurious.
The Space:
•Modern, newly updated and fully renovated
•Wrap-around porches upstairs and downstairs.
•A well stocked kitchen! Oil, spices, cookware, coffee maker with filter, cooking utensils, etc.
•New stainless steel appliances.
•Large kitchen island that seats eight!
•Open kitchen and living room floor plan
•High-end luxury mattresses, high thread count cotton sheets, hypoallergenic pillows and covers. Nothing’s better than have a wonderful bed on vacation.
•Sleeps 8.
•Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
•Just a bike ride away from famous Seaside, without having to fight traffic congestion.
•House is directly off Scenic 30a.
•Charcoal BBQ in the backyard.

The house was perfect for a family with kids. Bunk room was perfect. The kitchen was very nicely done and very new. Location is very convenient to the central square in Seaside but far enough away from all the hassle. Speed Queen washer and dryer was so nice. Appliances are all in great condition. Highly recommend.

We spent a week at Pearl of the gulf, as an extended family trip that included 7 people. The house was beautiful and the decor and comfort set the tone for a lovely week at the beach.
The kitchen was very well appointed for making great meals and we loved the large island for working jigsaw puzzles.
All beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything you needed for a great nights sleep.
It was nice having some beach items available in the outdoor storage closet and the beach was just a quick easy walk from the house.
The owner Will was great with communicating, giving suggestions for restaurants and dinners at the house. There was an issue that occurred while we were there and Will was able to quickly take care of it. We would happily stay here again.
