About this villa rental
Very beautiful villa located in Saint François in a high-end residence above the golf course, in immediate proximity to the town centre. This house offers impressive volumes and quality facilities in a large landscaped garden, peaceful while being close to shops and beaches. The location is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
Capacity: up to 10 people
Total area: approximately 180 m² + terraces
Layout of the villa: it has 5 bedrooms (double beds of 160), 3 bathrooms with toilets inside the house, 4th bathroom with toilets outside near the pool, large living room with dining area, fitted American kitchen, covered terrace, indoor parking, swimming pool and garden.
Possibility of providing an additional bed for a child for a supplement of €50 during end-of-year holidays, €30/night during winter holidays in February/March, and €22/night for the rest of the year.
Air conditioning: yes, in each room.
Kitchen equipment: induction hob cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American fridge with ice maker, second fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Orange bouquet + Netflix), Bluetooth speaker, high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot, high chair, hairdryer, table and iron, billiards, barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, buffer reservoir of 2000 litres in case of water cuts.
Swimming pool: yes, large swimming pool of 8x4.5m (maximum depth of 1.60m) with child safety alarm.
Garden/terrace: the villa is located on a tree-lined plot of 2500 m². Outdoor shelter facing the swimming pool. Covered terrace with complete outdoor lounge for meals or relaxation.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a ti-punch, fresh water, and fruits.
To note:
-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted except in case of booking via Airbnb).
-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance
-A security deposit of 2500 euros (cheque not cashed) is required upon entry into the premises and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.
-An end-of-stay cleaning fee, to be paid upon arrival, of 260 euros and 300 euros for the end-of-year holidays.
-Tourist tax, to be paid upon arrival, of 5% of the stay amount (capped at 4€ / night / adult), except in case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site)
