Location: The house is located in a holiday park on the outskirts of the beautiful Bavarian forest town of Viechtach, surrounded by the wild and romantic landscape of the Bavarian Forest. The beautiful center of Viechtach is only about 1 km away.
Cozy 4-star log cabin in Viechtach, in the Bavarian Forest for 2-4 people + toddler
Facilities: The holiday park offers countless entertainment options such as a playground, indoor pool, sauna, internet and free use of the sports facilities of the adjacent camping park with foosball, beach volleyball, table tennis, barbecue areas and entertainment programs for the whole family. Shops and restaurants can be found in the adjacent camping park.
Enjoy the delicious dishes in the nearby Waldblick restaurant or Schwalbennest restaurant (breakfast or half board can be booked on site).
Equipment: The comfortable log cabin No. 15 has about 60 square meters of living space and has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds and toddler bed up to 3 years), shower, toilet, vanity and play cupboard.
The comfortably furnished living room has an upholstered seating area, TV flat screen and W-LAN connection, the adjoining dining room has an upholstered corner seating area.
The fully equipped kitchenette has an electric stove, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, etc.
The beautiful terrace and the garden plot with seating and deck chairs and garden grill invite you to linger.
Leisure activities: Enjoy the beautiful nature of the Black Rain River and the mountains in the Bavarian Forest on a hike or on a bike. There are many leisure attractions available such as a heated outdoor pool (approx. 500 m away), with a large water slide, tennis courts, facilities for mini golf, bowling, summer stick shooting, riding school and boat trips, fishing at Höllensteinsee, surfing, rowing and sailing.
In winter there are many opportunities for skiing and cross-country skiing.
Visit destinations such as glass blowing, museums, amusement parks and much more.
The spa town of Bad Kötzting, just a few kilometers away, invites you to stroll through the beautiful old town or to the spa park with its many leisure facilities. Sehr schönes gemütliches Häuschen. Die Ausstattung ist Top es fehlt an gar nichts. Wir und unser kleiner Hund haben die Wälder und Umgebung sehr genossen. Auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Spielplatz für Kinder sehr hergerichtet. Die Häuschen sind im Großen und Ganzen sauber und in Ordnung. Schönheitsreparaturen in der Dusche/Bad wären zwar mal fällig, aber es ist okay. Leider hat unser Bett, bzw. Bettwäsche nach Urin gestunken. Ob es nun tatsächlich Urin war oder wirklich falsche Lagerung oder anderes, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben Schlussendlich Decken genommen vom Sofa, welche sauber waren. Leider nimmt auf der Anlage die Anleinpflicht keiner so richtig ernst. Am ersten Abend stand abends auf einmal ein Hund vor unserer Türe, unangeleint. Am vierten Tag rannte ein großer Hund unangeleint auf unseren kleinen Hund zu, meine Frau nahm unseren auf den Arm, worauf der große 40kg Hund meine Frau mehrmals ansprang und die Besitzer nichts machen außer rufen. Auf dem Platz ist Leinenpflicht, leider hält sich daran aber kaum jemand. Hier müsste strenger kontrolliert werden. Die Rezeption ist so gut wie niemals besetzt, also von 7 Tagen, 7 Tage nicht. Feste Ansprechpartner sind daher schwierig, da das Wirtshaus unten ständig im Stress ist.
