Sparkling newly built house close to city & nature

Ympäristö, piha-alue ja asunto oli viihtyisä ja asunto oli hyvin varusteltu viidelle henkilölle ( kolme aikuista ja kaksi teini-ikäistä). Kauppa ja bussipysäkit olivat lähellä.

Kaappitilaa oli niukalti vaatteille. Olimme asunnossa kolme yötä ja oli +30° hellepäiviä. Ilmastointi ei oikein jaksanut viilentää riittävästi yläkerran makuutilaa, mutta kyllä siellä sai unen päästä hyvin kiinni ilman peittoa.

Het was een schattig huisje in een rustige wijk. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien zelfs een wasmachine en heel schoon! Wij verbleven er met z’n tweeën dat was prima maar ik zou er liever niet met meer verblijven. De eigenaresse was zeer behulpzaam en had iets lekkers neergelegd. De bushalte en de supermarkt zijn heel dichtbij! Kortom wat ons betreft een aanrader als je het geen probleem vindt om verder van het centrum te zitten.

Wij hadden onze fietsen mee en die konden niet droog staan wel is er een mogelijkheid om buiten op te laden

Hemos pasado unos días preciosos en esta casita tan acogedora. Viajábamos en época navideña y no podía ser un lugar mejor para descansar y disfrutar en familia. Fuimos con nuestros dos hijos de 8 y 6 años (una de ellas con autismo) y la casa ha sido un refugio de calma y bienestar. La comunicación con Estocolmo es muy cómoda, tanto en autobús como en tren y tranvía, y moverse con Google Maps ha sido facilísimo. Muy cerca hay un supermercado (Hempoc Orby) y también la opción de pedir comida a domicilio con Foodora, lo cual nos resultó muy práctico. La casa está muy bien equipada: lavadora, secadora, ropa de cama, toallas, champú y gel. La calefacción funciona de maravilla (algo que se agradece mucho en invierno), el wifi es muy bueno y hay televisión con Netflix y YouTube, ideal para los ratos tranquilos con niños. Además, hay una zona de reciclaje a solo 2 minutos caminando. Sofía ha sido una anfitriona muy atenta y cercana, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien y de resolver cualquier duda. Nos vamos con la sensación de haber estado como en casa y con muchas ganas de repetir. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver ❤️

The cottage was only one 30 min bus ride from The Globe and 3Arena and within walking distance to a supermarket. The owner was quick to answer questions and was very kind to allow an earlier check in. It’s perfect for 2 people but 4 can stay if you don’t mind climbing a ladder to a loft bed. There was a nice little garden you could use and we appreciated the off road parking.

The aircon worked but it wasnt sufficient to cool the cottage so that it was comfortable to sleep in the loft space. The price was expensive given the quality of what was actually provided and I have to say I was disappointed because by just replacing some worn things, providing larger towels for each adult and better bed linen would make this place even better.
