"Perfect Summer Vacation-Beach + pool 1 hour drive/30 minute ferry from NYC " 3 Levels, all with water views, 150 ft from the Beach & Marina. Family friendly Beach Style Home with private outdoor Pool , lounges , chairs, umbrellas.
Elevator for luggage, groceries + those that choose.
1st floor- game room ( Ping-Pong table), pool table , 1 bedroom Full Bath/Pool Bath. Shower, Outdoor shower for Beach Clean off
2nd floor- 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite full baths + a den (second TV room). laundry room 3rd Main Level -MB , Kitchen and Family Room with large Dinning Table + Beach view porch with Outdoor eating Tables Umbrellas.
4th Floor - Roof top sundeck, Lounge area.
