About this apartment rental
Seagulls: sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Free two-hour on-street parking outside the front of the apartment for unloading. All day parking permits at £2 per day are available from the owner on arrival. Additional free parking at the bottom of the garden.

Spent four days with children and grandchild in this wonderful house with stunning view. Would love to live there!

We were blown away by the views in the house, everywhere you look it feels as if you’re enveloped in water. That alone was special enough to make our stay. The double bedrooms are spacious and clean, same for the bathrooms and living space. The kitchen is well equipped.
All in all we had a lovely time together discovering the Kent coast as well as laying low in the flat. The terrace was much appreciated.
Only downside is 10am is quite early to check out, but for the joy we had staying there it doesn’t matter much. Would come again!

Seagulls was the perfect place for our family holiday in Folkstone. It was beautifully equipped, clean, bright and airy with wonderful views of the sea. All the rooms were perfect, the kitchen was great and the location was wonderful. We want to return!

We have just had a short weekend break at the Seagulls. The apartment is on the top two floors of an imposing seafront house and has wonderful light and views. Each room is nicely decorated and has large comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped, including a bottle of welcome wine in the fridge. We will be going back next summer to enjoy more light and hopefully some sunshine.
