Sehr ruhige und interessante historische Lage mit nahe gelegenem Regio-Bahnhof. Sehr guter und sauberer Zustand der Wohnungen. Nutzbarer Pavillon zum Grillen, wobei nicht exklusiv. Muss man also etwas aufpassen, wenn man ihn abends für sich haben möchte, klappte aber trotzdem gut.
Einziges wirkliches Manko: Keine Waschmaschine. Nicht ganz so wichtig: Die Ausschreibung vermittelte mir etwas, dass man ein Haus ("Villa") für sich alleine bucht. Tatsächlich sind es Wohneinheiten in einem Haus mit Miet- und Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten es allerdings so, dass alle drei gemieteten FeWos zusammenhingen und separiert waren. Zum nächsten Einkauf (zb Kaufland) braucht es eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto, das sollte man noch beachten.
