This property is top notch, with high end finishes. And it is in a great location with amazing river side views. However, the supplies provided were lacking. The paper products (paper towels, tissues) were of the lowest quality - requiring you to use 2-3 times more of them to get a job done. It probably costs the owner more than just buying the higher quality ones to begin with. Also, there were no kitchen towels and only 2 washcloths for 6 people to use for a 6 day stay. This things could be easily fixed inexpensively to make the property truly 5 stars.Property management was slow to respond to maintenance requests and did not communicate well on when they planned to visit so the visits could be coordinated around our ski vacation activities.

Overall a great property. Fairly new condo with tons of space. Easy walk to the RiverSide gondola (5 minutes) even in ski boots. Great location for driving around town or to Beaver Creek village. Highly recommend!

Beautiful 3 level/3 bedroom condo in Avon backing up to the Eagle River. Modern finishes throughout and well appointed kitchen with great appliances if you plan to eat in. Cozy gas fireplace on the main level puts out a lot of heat and was a nice accompaniment after long days on the mountain. 2 car garage was nice to have, especially on a snowy weekend. 8-10 min walk to the gondola that connects to Beaver Creek; walking distance to City Market grocery, Walgreens, Starbucks, and other Avon shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with easy access to the mountain. Less than 5 minute walk to the Riverside Gondola by the Westin Hotel. Clean, well-built building -- no noise from the street unless you have the door or window open. Plenty of space and an incredible kitchen for cooking. Highly recommend.
