Welcome to Maui's most desirable vacation home! Your own private mansion on the water in Lahaina (this home is partial ocean front). This is currently the largest vacation rental in Hawaii in terms of both square footage and sleeping arrangements. It sits adjacent to the ocean which means the warm Maui ocean water is just steps away from your backdoor. No expense was spared in creating the ideal property for multi generation family reunions, large family gatherings or corporate retreats.
Upon arrival, you will instantly feel the pressures of normal life fade away. The ocean immediately behind the home, the soft maui breezes and the world famous sunsets are now at your fingertips. Our guests enjoy sitting on the balcony upstairs, drinking wine and enjoying a gorgeous view of the ocean with the Molokai/Lanai islands in the distance.
This newly reconstructed home was completely reimagined in 2020 and offers the only opportunity in Hawaii to sleep a massive group of people (over 30) while still offering significant opportunities for privacy and relaxation. Spread across almost 12,000 square feet with 10 master bedrooms (each with it's own private bathroom), media room, fitness center, bunk bed room for the kids and large kitchen/gathering area on the top floor, this home truly has something for everyone.

How many people can this home sleep? There are 10 master bedrooms which could accommodate 20 people. The bunk bed room can sleep an additional 8. There are also several sofa sleepers throughout the home that can accommodate at least another 8 people. The sky is the limit on sleeping arrangements to fit your needs!
How close is the water from the home? This home is ocean front with condo buildings to the north and south of it. Starting walking and count to 3 and you'll be in the water!

Is this home a legal vacation rental, registered with the county of Maui? This home is one of only a handful on island that is zoned hotel. This means that we are exempt from the short term vacation rental registration laws. Overall it was nice. Guest should know that the layout is not that of a house - it’s a renovated motel so rooms are separated by outdoor hallways. The pool is very tiny in and looks better in pictures. The rooms are nice and the main gathering area is beautiful. The furniture rugs could use a deep cleaning.

This was the perfect set up for our large family. We each had our own personal space and the kitchen and sitting area accommodated us perfectly. The entire home/hotel was in very good condition, clean, comfortable beds and the 3 sets of washers and dryers were so helpful with keeping up with towels and our personal items. The property manager was excellent! Very communicative throughout our stay, making sure she met us when we arrived as well as making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We hope to come back. What a great spot!

The host and his broker were incredibly responsive to all our needs. The location was perfect, walkable to restaurants, food trucks and shopping. The property supplied everything my family of 26 could have asked for. Would highly recommend this destination to any large group.
