Lage zum Strand. Sehr bequeme Matratzen. Man konnte das Auto im Innenhof parken
Die Ausstattung: sehr einfache, sehr alte Möbel, die man teils nicht öffnen wollte, da die Türen sehr instabil waren. Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer (nur im Wohnbereich und Kinderzimmer). Duschtür schloss nicht und somit stand das Bad unter Wasser nach dem Duschen, Ameisen von Begin an in Küche (ließ sich trotz strikter Sauberhaltung und Spray nicht in den Griff bekommen). Keine Auflagen für Stühle auf Terasse.
