-Größe des Ferienhauses gut - Anlage schön ( Pool gute Größe, gepflegt, Tennisplatz prima, Tischtennis und Co für Familien super ) - ruhige Anlage - Lage gut - Vermieter bemüht und freundlich
- Sauberkeit mittel - Ein- und Auschecken kompliziert ( Englisch spricht nur der Vermieter ( Privat) und dieser ist nicht vor Ort ) Bei langer An- und Abreise keine Rücksichtnahme auf Gäste, kein flexiblen Check in Zeiten, keine frühe Abreise möglich ( kommen irgendwann zwischen 10 und 11 Uhr) - Bei Check in keine gute Erklärung z.B. Platz für den vollen Hausmüll - keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden !! Hierauf wird nicht extra hingewiesen, für deutsche Gäste ungewöhnlich!! - etwas in die Jahre gekommen -Garten ungepflegt
